This Privacy Policy outlines the terms of use of the garment sizing tool developed by Odo Innovation t/as Tailorhound

Why do we need your data?

In order to find the exact size of the garment that will fit you, we extract your measurements from your photo using a machine learning model. This means you consent to Tailorhound processing your photo.

How do we store your data?

Your photo is anonymised by blurring out the face.  We store this anonymised image along with your measurements.  The original image is discarded.  The data is stored on a secure server in the UK.

Who do we share this data with?

This data is not published or shared with any other companies.

What else do you do with my data?

Your data will be used to inform any improvements to our product.  It may also be used to further train the machine learning model.

How long do you keep my data?

Data is stored until it has been used for training and analysis or for one year, whichever is the greater.

Can I request that my data is deleted?

No.  Under GDPR policy you have the right to request the deletion of all Personally Identifiable Information, however your data is anonymised to the point where we can no longer identify individuals.  This means it is not possible to find your specific data to delete it and it does not constitute Personally Identifiable Information.
